UCSB students reviewed existing literature on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from agricultural production and developed a set of preliminary recommendations on how Dining Services could reduce the GHG emissions associated with the food served in campus dining halls.

UCLA graduate student Calvin Lee Kwan developed a carbon calculator to measure the greenhouse gas emissions associated with UCLA-funded air travel (pdf) in 1990, 2000, and 2007.
CalCAP Course Final Report
The final reports of UC Berkeley's Cal Climate Action Partnership course outline student recommendations for how UC Berkeley can reduce emissions to 1990 levels by 2014.
